 - The man was very pleasent and knowledgeable while on the other hand the Spanish lady was rude and very lazy. Sat down the entire time and never helped any customers. I think additional training may be recommended for a worker with that type of attitude !!! Life isn't that bad!!! Overall parking was great and the app is very helpful.

 - The lot is free from 6:00pm through 8:00am and $1.00 per hour all other times. I parked in it Monday thru Wednesday. It is possible that on Saturday and Sunday, the City of Miami Beach enforces a $20.00 flat fee between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00am in addition to the $1.00 hourly rate between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

 - É do LADO do Fontainebleau. Durante o fim de semana fica bem cheio. De dia, as pessoas deixam pra ir a praia, um dos pontos mais nobres de Miami. De noite, para ir jantar ou ir em alguma festa no famoso hotel Fontainebleau. Eles ainda cobram algumas noites.. De qualquer forma, VALE MAIS A PENA QUE O VALET Da LIV/ Fontainebleau.
