- Parked in lot 12-19-19 for office Xmas party at Texas de Brazil. No attendant and machine to pay for parking not working good. People in front of us took 15 minutes to pay and it took 3 of us another 15 minutes to pay and get our ticket. Took it to our car and put on dash but got letter from Beyer & Assoc. for collection for $75 ticket for no ticket on dash. I have 2 witnesses because we walked back to car to put on dash. I have visa charge statement showing payment of $7 to Cowtown Parking. Have sent dispute to Beyer and have not received any response. I need your contact information (address) to send copy of letter and Visa charge documentation to your office.
