- I parked my vehicle on 28 May 25 at around 9.45am and exit the premises at 11.03am. The total time was slightly more than 1.30 mins and should have been charged $4. Instead I was charged $18 to exit.
I would appreciate it if management could review the CCTV footage of my entrance to the premises via entrance 2. A refund of the excess charges should be made immediately upon the completion of the review.
