 - I have been parking here on and off for years. Never had a problem. Rates have increased but I think that is everywhere.

 - I pay monthly here and really bad customer service. Closing times are at 11pm on Fridays but they closed before (I came 15 minutes around 10:45-50ish) and had call through the box about if they can open it back up because I pay monthly and they said someone was coming down. I called again right before 11pm and they said they couldn’t open it again cause it’s already 11pm so they wait for it to be 11pm so they couldn’t let me in. It’s really on who ever is working when they open or close it and not the times they have on board so you get what you pay for.

 - When calling the Central Office phone number the person answering the phone stated this (phone number) is for Airport Parking and this is not the Webster Street Garage.

 - Dangerous and inconvenient. 9:30pm. Elevator lobby was locked and key card wouldn't work. No staff present. Needed to walk up to car. Very bad, not recommended.

 - The parking attendant, Lizette, is wonderful. We see her every Tuesday and Thursday after swimming. She is always smiling always asks how we are, and always says she is doing well and seems to mean it. What a great attitude!
