 - Avoid at all cost! Any overstay of just a few minutes results in a $90 ...yes $90 dollar fine.

 - Parked here and paid $15. Got a bill in the mail stating I parked there without paying and would not accept credit card statement showing the $15 payment. They requested the parking stub or a copy of it, who keeps these things for 2 weeks? Needles to say will never park here or use any of their services ever again.

 - Car robbery at this parking! We left the car for two hrs, came back to find my car robbed. Smn broke the window and took our stuff. Police officer told us there are no cameras around and it’s a common thing that is happening all around downtown Miami. Hello, Miami! No investigation, nothing wd be possible? Owner of the parking never picked up the phone.

He refused to help and responded with such a nasty tone it was just unbelievable that someone could answer the phone like that and actually work with humans. Sounds like this is not the first issue customers had with him.
