 - Zero if I could. You have to walk to the token pay machine then back to your car, too much for oldsters. Then the machine deducted twice from my account, yup paid double. Never again parking here.

 - If only a "zero" star rating was possible. Went to a show at the Orpheum Theater. Input gate, received a token. thought things were good, but no.... Upon trying to leave after the show, total backup. 20 minutes just to get to the gate. Security was helping everyone out, so a big thank you to them. Paid at the out gate with credit card. Did not accept the first time so ran it again. about 5 minutes to process. Some much for an automated process when on site security has to take up the slack of the non-existent parking attendant. Wells Fargo you really need to rework/rethink this parking payment arrangement. pitiful...

 - We used your garage for an Orpheum performance. The token payment machine would not work. People were backed up waiting for their cars. It was impossible to get any live help. Finally a voice responded and we at least had the gate opened for us 25 minutes later. Very disappointing. As we drove out there were still people gathered around the machine. You need to have a live person there to help your customers.
