 - The pay station in the lobby didn't read my ticket, so the person I spoke with after pressing the assistance button told me to try paying at the exit. I crossed over the 24 hour mark during the time it took me to go get my car, so I was charged an extra $16 for those extra 5 minutes, though this shouldn't have been my fault. I tried explaining the situation to the operators by pressing the assistance button, but was hung up on twice by two grumpy women who kept interrupting and didn't seem to understand my problem. After trying a third time, the gentleman I spoke with was more helpful and gave me the office number to try calling. I called the office number later in the week but there wasn't any solid evidence or logs of my situation, so I couldn't be issued a refund for the difference, which is understandable but frustrating. The garage manager seemed sympathetic and said he would take care of me if I was ever in the area again, but as I was visiting from out of town, I doubt I'll ever be back. The garage itself was nice enough, with a convenient location for staying at the W nearby. Give yourself plenty of time to pay your ticket if you park here so this doesn't happen to you.
