- I rarely write reviews and only do so today as a strong word of caution to anyone considering parking their car in this garage or with a nearby valet service that parks cars in this lot. We parked our new car with a valet service at the Public Hotel (that parked our vehicle into this lot), and it was returned with noticeable damage to the front bumper. Mum Parking (the company who manages this garage) would not take responsibility for the damage incurred and refused to share camera footage evidence they have of our car in and out of the garage. I strongly recommend you park your car elsewhere to avoid what has been a frustrating situation for us.
