 - Hi Operator I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the shocking incident I experienced in your multi-story carpark last night between 4.30-5.15pm on 16/10/2024. I, along with four other people, was trapped in one of your lifts for over 40 minutes in stifling, uncomfortable, and frankly unsafe conditions. The lift was unbearably hot, with little to no ventilation. We were left feeling distressed, dehydrated, and helpless. What made the situation even worse was the lack of any immediate assistance. Despite pressing the alarm button repeatedly, help took far too long to arrive. Thirty minutes in a small, enclosed space without proper air circulation is completely unacceptable and dangerous. This is a serious safety hazard, and I dread to think what could have happened if anyone had been elderly, sick, or claustrophobic. As a paying customer, I expect basic standards of safety and service. Being stuck in a malfunctioning lift for over half an hour is a clear failure on your part. This is not just an inconvenience—it's negligence. I demand an explanation of what went wrong and what steps you are taking to ensure this never happens again. I look forward to your immediate response. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and rectify this glaring issue with the urgency it deserves. Craig Bentley
