 - We booked ahead of time and we get there wait 10 minutes only for the lot to yell at us and say they are full.. and they refused to refund us they just shooed us away

 - We paid for a reservation and when we arrived they waited 10 minutes and yelled at us that the lot is full. Refused to give refund.

 - I have parked in this garage for three weeks. Everytime I arrive. I am the first and only one there. My car is never avaiable when my card states the time I will pickup. Other people arrive and the are service before me. I am very disturbed by their behavior.
