 - HORRIBLE PEOPLE,HORRIBLE PARKING, HE's been known to damage cars that park here in the past. This man should've been shut down a while ago.

 - The Russians have invaded in the form of this horrible parking garage. I purchased this spot through Spot Hero and once we got there, we were immediately denied at first until I had to explain it to him that we purchased the spot online. He then told us we'd have to wait a half an hour, but I was already late and not having it with his rudeness. He started screaming, threatening, and cursing at me when I insisted on him taking care of my vehicle, when there was clearly room. Wouldn't be surprised to find out that he is part of the mafia or something... This man should not be in this country. This man doesn't even deserve to work with the general public with an attitude like that.

 - NEVER PARK HERE!!! We prepaid and upon arrival he immediately told us no and said he had no more room when there clearly was. When presented with the ticket, he told us we'd have to wait a half an hour, considering my family and I were already late and he was already being rude, I tried to reason with him, to which he only got angrier. He screamed profanities in front my children and they were deeply traumatized by the experience and continue to have nightmares about it. I want this man shut down. Immediately. There is no excuse for such behavior.

 - Don't park here. Ever! The attendant was not only rude but... we prepaid 40 dollars for a parking spot the night before on ParkWhiz. We went to the lot and they had a number of spaces. Because we are a smart car they decided to park our car outside the garage on the sidewalk!!! The car was parked on the curb unsupervised, where anyone could have broken in and damaged the car. The man was very rude about it. How unjust is it. 40 dollars to have our precious car parked on a curb. We could have been towed away or received a ticket. ParkWhiz is filing a complaint against them now for their rude employees and disgusting business practices. To say there is no room for the smart car in their garage is a load of bologna. It's a smart car and we saw there was room. This is Despicable!!!!! Never ever is MTP parking. Intend on filing another complaint with their company.
