Pier 19 1/2

 - DO NOT PARK HERE! Our back window was smashed and items stolen. There were 3 other cars as well that had windows smashed. One car had all their luggage stolen. Locals told us it happens all the time.

 - DO NOT PARK HERE !!! Your car windows will be smashed in. My family and I parked here at PIER 19 1/2 on 11/19/22. We went to dinner at Fishermen's Wharf. Came back 1+ hour later. Our side and back windows were smashed in. All of our suitcases were stolen. We lost kid's laptop, tablet, money, gifts, clothes, shoes, etc. There is no lot attendant. When you call the company parking lot telephone #, no one answers the phone.

 - Some one who said he was the "property owner" but dressed and smelled like a homeless man, no uniform, no nametag harassed us as we were leaving. We paid and parked using their self serve machine, but as we were leaving he comes and bangs on our window as we were waiting for pedestrians to clear the driveway. I don't want to roll down my window to such a person, he got extremely angry yelling "I'm the owner, you're on my property." I showed him my valid parking pass and he marked it with his pen, still yelling. What a horrid place, we had a good laugh leaving at such an irate person. I hope they can find more truthful and professional employes. Maybe a nametag, uniform and a shower are in order?
