 - If there was a 0 rating I would pick that. Carpark and lifts are dirty and smells. Only small early bird level to park and the validation ticket machine can be easy to miss. No other available option to validate, as the QR code does not work. Ensure you understand the early bird T&C's for times for e,g if you leave 2 minutes before 3pm, weekday, the amount charged is very expensive

 - Confusing layout, horrible staircases via dirty fire escapes, some of which have entrances to each floor and some don't. Ended up walking in the entrance which forbids pedestrian access... very slow tiny lifts. Only one pay station on ground floor, really need paystations on every floor like every other half decent carpark in the country. Overall a highly frustrating experience. Only positive is that is seems to be one of the few carparks in Sydney that won't cost you a house deposit to park for a few hours

 - I spoke to secure parking to check availability your app said it was 82 % full when actually it was 30%.just wondering where you get your information. also it did not state in your app that you could not reserve a spot.
