- It is now almost August 1, 2018 and both escalators have been inoperable for many many months! When will they be fixed?

- I don't know when the original review was written, but as of 1/29/18, the escalator still hasn't been fixed. It has been broken since at least the end of October.

- how long does it take to repair an escalator in your building,,,the escalator has been inoperable for months now.......what a damn joke....close your building or let someone operate the building who can handle the job...
