- better signage on how to insert credit card is needed; normally takes me 3 tries before it'll read my card

- Cannot stand the credit card only parking. Machine has issues. Holds up line when trying to leave. Can never find anyone for assistance.

- The new payment system is ugly. I have a Bank card that is a credit card/debit card and consistently have problems with the system reading my card. Today - the manager was called and HE said "probably no money on the card." How ugly and unprofessional. I had to borrow money to pay in cash.

- I want to extend my deepest gratitude one more time to the North Point garage building manager who changed my flat tire on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. I think his name is Mr. Trujillo. My car was parked outside the garage building near South Marginal Road. He went above and beyond with his duties to help a stranger. He is a good Samaritan. This is also a testament that the garage management is excellent. Please pass along my thanks again.
