 - I have to say, I’m very disappointed with my experience. I just moved to Chicago at 221 W Hubbard St and was excited that there is a parking garage conviently located directly across the street from my new apartment. This is perfect for me to recommend family and friends on their visits. Being new to the area, it was until I was past the first gate of the exit did I notice that it said I could leave my car overnight and it would be the same price as I was already paying. I got the help of the attendant on site and they connected me to customer service. I was explaining that I wanted to continue to keep my car parked for the night as I had yet to exit the garage or pay. I was hoping to back my car up and park it for the remainder of the night. I was told that there wasn’t a lead on duty to left the first gate we had pulled through, therefore we had to exit the garage and pay again for over night parking. There was no other solution than me having to pay double. It’s extremely disappointing that I had to go and find another spot in the city. I was really expecting that it wouldn’t be a big deal for us to just back up and co to he our stay since we hadn’t paid yet. I spoke with customer service to see if some type of credit could be issued and was told again that because there was no lead on duty that we couldn’t be issued a credit. It was a sour experience, especially on my first night in a new city.
