- I have had problems with either my temporary parking pass or permanent parking sticker not working at either of the gates, getting it delt with through the parking manager is always a pain and she is always super rude and inconsiderate (also never in the area) (don't know if its a race thing). People watching the gate are also super difficult to communicate with and never understanding of situations.

- They have no clue how to add or subtract or in-put numbers or credit cards or anything in the office, or any brains at all !

- Extremely rude service this past evening. We lost our parking ticket and the man at the booth told us we were lying and said he could make up the price for us because we were lying. He wouldn't open the gate until we paid over $30 for two hours and shut the window on us several times while trying to talk to him

- Never park here the lady in the morning who watches the lot is one of the most nasty people you will ever come into contact with.
