Lot 118

 - This lots is VERY poorly taken care of. I needed to park on the lower level. Major cracked cement foundation and floors, Wet, musty, steps in great disrepair. Very unsafe. Scattered lighting. The worst part is that I parked in spot 108 and when I returned there were major drippings from the above pipes ALL over my car. I have tried to get whatever leaked off my car and cannot get it off. I am reporting this lot.

 - Be careful! I used it when I went to a show at the Palace. The sign from the road would leave you to believe it is $6 after 4 pm.... then as you approach the payment kiosk there is a big sign that says "Event $10" then when you you pay it charges you $15. It has you put your parking space into the kiosk so they know where you are parked. I get back to my car after the show and there is a "ticket" that because I didn't have the receipt on my dashboard I owe them another $50 ! What a scam. Fortunately I have saved everything including the original receipt and the ticket. I have lodged a complaint with the Attorney General and ask you to do the same if you have a similar experience.
