- This parking lot is awful. I am a monthly customer and the rates are sky high, yet I cannot get even remotely decent service. After paying my bill, I have been repeatedly told that I didn't pay despite the money being taken from my account. I've now been late for work at least three times because I've had to fight with them. Once again, I'm a monthly paying customer. I warn you: take your business elsewhere.
