- I have been parking in Sutter Community Garage for approximately 2 years, i trust this place and does not mind paying the right amount.
But last June 11, on my dauughter's heart surgery, we parked at around 4am and when she got admitted to OR at 7:30 am, I was asked that I can go, so I went and left.
That is like between 3 - 4 hours.
I was charged $234.00 on my debit card June 13th.
I was not able to find my credit card that I usually use.
The lady watcher at the exit even helped me swipe my card and without receipt. unfortunately!
Now, I am having a hard time contacting Sutter Community Parking to give my money back.
I have no one to file the claim, which they should know so this will not happen to me again or the someone.
Now, I don't trust this place anymore.
