- Problems with the parking garage charge: I went in for a blood draw on 7/13 at 2PM and returned to the garage at 2:22. The machine charged me as coming in at 1:16 PM and thus charged me $1.00 when the correct charge should have been free. This is the second time I've had problems with incorrect charges from this machine. It would be really nice if you got it working correctly.
