- You owe me $25 for parking after the Hornets-Wizards game on April 10, 2022. I prepaid $25 next to the elevator, before I went back to my car. When I scanned my ticket at the gate, it wouldn’t lift up until I paid an additional $10. I strongly suggest you refund my money ASAP.

- Used Park Mobile app for the garage for a Spectrum Center event on 2 /21/22. Reservation was for arrival after 5pm, exit before 0200 am. Scan QR code on app worked to enter. On exit, at 1230 am, QR code would not scan, no help available. Ended up having to use the "lost ticket" option at $25.00/each. Card reader would not read my card, "Failed card" notice, but finally exited and was charged for 2 LOST CARD charges of $50.00. Place is a Scam. No way to contact operators and get a refund.

- Overcharged! Will block charges if no follow-up. Have attempted to call several times; left voicemail for contact. This charge occurred on Saturday, 02/08/20 at 13:44 ($25.00)

- I parked in the garage, per instructions on The Queen City Rides website on Thursday June 27. Not knowing Charlotte, as I live in Rock Hill, I followed their recommendaations. The car was parked approximately 3 hours and I was charged $25, $5 over the Max full day charge and 3 times what I should have been charged. I am a senior citizen, over 70, and do not appreciate being cheated by Wake Forest. I have left a phone message and of course have received no return phone call reference this over charge. I will also be sure to let Queen City Rides know I was cheated and suggest they no longer recommend your garage.
