 - The worst parking lot I ever used. Upon arrival from our trip. I called the number requesting to be picked up (3:42 pm). I was told it would be about 5 minutes. At 4:12 I called back and was told you must of just missed the shuttle. It would be about 10 minutes longer. We never moved from our first call. At 4:28 the shuttle arrived. As I said we were in the same location as the 3:42 call. I asked the driver if this was the norm. He said he was here at 4:15 and didn't see us. Even if he was there at 4:15 that's still a 33 minute wait. We were lied to and no one cared. I would advise you to park elsewhere and avoid the lies and aggravation.

 - Do not use these people. I have never written that in all the reviews I have given over the years. We used this lot for the second time hoping it would be better. It wasn't and in fact was worse. On our departure the van driver didn't drop us off at the right door which meant we had a bit of a hike to get to the right counter. Upon return after clearing customs and immigration I called the number provided on the card given me when we arrived at the lot and got through but only to a message that said don't leave a voice mail, text us! Last year they didn't answer either but I had hopes it had improved....I was wrong. I sent them a text explaining we were following the directions provided on that same card. I got a request for our ticket number. We followed the directions to take the tram to rental cars and then elevators down. We got down there and a few minutes later another couple from our flight walked up and said they were going to memorial as well and had actually talked to the attendant. I had tried to call again but no answer so sent text we were there and they said van was on the way. We waited about 15 minutes and I called again they said directions on card were wrong. We went to where they said was right with all our luggage and waited another 25 minutes for them to show up. We travel out of many airports and seaports and this was the worst. Our van wasn't ready to go when we arrived at the lot either! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

 - Our experience was poor. Our auto. was left unlocked, or broken into, someone went through everything, the glove compartment was left messed up and unable to be closed, with money taken. The passenger door was not latched. We filed a report and were told the owner would contact us in 5-7 days. We called back in two weeks to ask about this and were told it was unlike the owner to not reach us and would talk to him that day. Three wks. now no response, either it is a secure safe lot with the good lighting and watched 24hrs or....not and the owner is not responsible enough to check with us. The teachable moment is ours to share, so please be warned. We feel violated.

 - Memorial Parking damaged by car. I have been trying for 4 days now to get the issue resolved. I actually have pictures of my vehicle before I dropped it off showing no damage. Additionally, an employee acknowledged the ability to look at surveillance to verify whether or not the damage occurred at the lot. The owner, however, is unpleasant and unwilling to do the right thing. I have filed a complaint with the AG and will have to proceed with a civil suit as Chris (the owner) has threatened a libel suit because I am making my experience with his business known. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MEMORIAL PARKING!!
