 - My vacation to DC turned horrible because the person who did valet parking damaged the front of my car. He hit some pole or wall and it is broken completely. I have to replace it entirely which will cost more than &1500. So tell me who takes responsibility for this. This is not at all acceptable. That guy drove very irresponsibly.

 - They parked our car under a vent that almost scrapped our roof. It did bend our antenna. The parking attendant that gave us our keys upon return to pick up our car, made us walk to get our car. He did not tell us how to get to our car and myself and two children ended walking 3 levels to get our car. It was extremely dangerous as cars were backing up and leaving. There was no safe space for pedestrians to retrieve their car. Horrible experience! NEVER USE THEM!

 - The lot was fine. As a first time user, found it odd that the attendant asked that I write my information (name,address,phone number) on the back of the ticket at checkout. I thought this was unnecessary & intrusive especially since all the information was provided when the reservation was made. Need a better process!

I have no complaints. The attendants took care of my car. When I came back, they retrieved my car (nothing was missing from it) and I left. It was a pleasant stress free experience. I would use your facility again in a heartbeat!!
