 - I reserved a spot for a show at the Kennedy Center. Code reader worked very well. Will use it again.

 - I will never park here again for a Kennedy Center event. It took 45 minutes to get out last night because each car had to put in a code to open the gate. Our ticket, probably like many others, would not scan and we had to call for assistance.

 - Too bad, as it appears that daily parking reservation options has been removed. It was a great place to park, eat, and go to the theater.

 - I went back on the evening of January 10 to aprk, there was the same parking attendant(+ one more)standing in the cold of the open garage. This is inhumane and against the law.

 - I parked last evening Jan 5th.The garage itself is fine, but I couldn't believe the management(comfortably seating in their warm office) have decided to have the parking attendant out of his enclosure, standing by a table in the freezing cold(+ windchill of the frozen river next door). Supposedly to "speed up things".He couldn't even wear gloves, because he was operating the credit card machine and handling receipts. There were to very weak space heaters next to him. . He managed to be professional and have a smile. This is inhumane. By law employers are supposed to provide a safe and comfortable environment to their employees, this was neither. Please have him back where he's supposed to be.Thank you
