 - This was my first experience using this garage and it was very nice. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly. I was there for a work related event and drove a Camry. I was able to find a spot alongside a wall and had to wiggle my way in backwards, but, I had no problems finding a spot and being able to pay ahead via the web was beneficial.

 - My experience with this garage was FANTASTIC. Very easy to prepay, hands down, a great place to park. The attendant was very nice and even pointed to the best exit in order to get to AT&T. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my car there, I am for sure going to keep using this service!

 - I have parked here several times and it was,always a great place however this this time I can not say that. Being a weekday there was only valet parking and we barely walked 25 feet from my car and I heard my car turn on and watched as the attendent burned rubber both backing up and after moving my car from one place to another then deny he did it even though my sons and I watched him do it. Turns out he was the manager Alex who was rude and had zero people skills. I finally got him to agree to just let me park my own car since I had prepaid parking however I can't believesomething like this is allowed. Do not plan on returning unless I am allowed to park my own car, the valet service is horrible. I do not drive my car that way and expect valet to respect others property as well. Very upsetting experience!

 - It was wonderful and hassle free, even the reservation through parkme.com portal was simple & user friendly. Even I have tried first time to use parkme for business visits inside downtown SF. Thanks and I'm sure with good customer service any business would flourish and all the best for you guys !

 - I use this lot all of the time for going to Giants games. First time I used ParkMe was for game 5 of NLCS. There were spots available when we arrived, so I'm not sure how well the reservations part works when the lot is full, but it did save us $3 off the fee we would have paid if we just paid when we left. You just need to make sure you are out by 11 if you are using ParkMe. BTW, every time I have parked here, the attendants are very helpful/friendly.

 - Reservation worked great. We parked here for game 5 of the NLCS. The lot was pretty full when we arrived, but the attendants were helpful and directed us to an empty spot. It was a nice walk to the park. We will park here again... (Go Giants!)
