 - Complete useless website. Same here, tried to pay and it doesn't recognized the citation # neither the license plate. Please Merrick Park get this things organized, I don't expect this in this shopping center.

 - Got a parking citation. The ticket has a website to pay online. Website doesn't recognize the citation # ot my plate #. Call the phone # provided. Left 4 messages, no return call. Reached out through the email several times, that was provided. No response. There will be a late fee more than doubling the cost of the ticket. Get your act together. Merrickpark.payvats.com Useless

 - No signs tell you that parking isn't free. Dropped my disabled husband at the walkway, quickly found a place to park and ran after him to make sure he got to his tuxedo fitting on time. Where I'm from, parking in a garage is free. Why aren't there signs as you drive in? Why aren't there signs posted inside the garage? I had no idea!

 - I frequent this Mall..I was in the Mall less than one hour, ticket left on windshield... this has never happened before.. Can't figure how to pay fee. What's going on? Furious!!!!!

 - Came here to the Nordstrom Bistro & shopping, only 2 Hours and they left a $10.70 "Parking Citation" under my wiper. I never had to pay before within the 2 hours. No Warning!

 - Same thing happened to me. I was charged $10.70 for parking for 1.5 hours!! You don't get a parking ticket when you enter. Terrible system

 - They charge $3.0 for up to two hours and then $1,0 for each additional hour. The system is a real mess. I stayed two and a half hours and received a ticked for $10.00 when they don't even give you a parking ticket when you go in. Will never go back.

 - although handicap parking is free in Florida, I received a "violation" for non-payment. Pay attention!

 - The mall recently started to require payment for handicap spots, but no warning was given. I came out just as the "mall cop" was giving me a ticket and told me that it was a new requirement, although he admitted that there was no sign about this new rule. I really can't believe that this supposed high end mall would contract with such a terrible rude group as AmeriPark. I would give them 0 stars if it were possible.
