 - My father is disabled, I took him for a swim. He parked in disabled bay, put out his disabled badge and bought and paid for a pay and display ticket. Gemini still decided to give him a ticket and threatening letter. These guys are absolute scum! DO NOT PARK AT THIS CENTER, THEY WILL GIVE YOU A TICKET ANYWAY!

 - CHEATERS. I paid for 3 hours starting 1:55pm to 4:55pm. I did exist at 5:51pm and they charged me £100. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING MONEY MAKING SCAM! SHOULD TAKE THEM TO THE COURT!

 - If the Centre cares about keeping their customers, they should get rid of Gemini parking solution, they are thieves, no moral fiber, their soul intent and purpose is to fleece people out of money dishonestly and seem to be getting away with it. they are scammers.I hope and trust and pray that KARMA returns to them tenfold.

 - After 23 days I finaly heard back from the CHEATING Gemini Parking problem, claiming after investigating my appeal was upheld. I suppose they could not find away around refuting my bank statement and ticket receipt that was presented as evidence. But they also stated " No further action is required at this time" not sure of the implication, but is preceive as a threat. so I can expect another false parking ticket in the post in the future. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PAY & DISPLAY TICKET OR DOCUMENT ON YOUR PHONE AND PAY BY CARD. Be safe out there trolling Gemini parking problem is on the prowl. I gave one star only because I had to to post but zero would have been my choice.

 - I was absloutely disgusted and shock to recieve a parking charge notice in the post, stating that I had not paid for parking demanding £100.00. and if it was not paid they will "make recovery from me" Thank God I kept my pay and display ticket and it was clearly shown on my bank statement payment was made. infact I paid for more than the time I actually stayed. So BEWARE keep you ticket safe for at least 10 days. had I not kept mine I would have had to pay for someone's error.

 - Handicap spaces, seriously !! how insulting, what does that even mean. Disabled is the current and appropriate term used. I'm shocked that WF did not point this out before signing any contract with your company. Remove this term from your sight.
