 - I agree with Wayne, the entrance/exit into the suburban station concourse is constantly plagued by large rats and also loitering vagrants of all shapes and sizes who go from the activity scale of comatose/zombie to combative and threatening guerilla ambush fighters. Lack of clear sight lines and no garage security anywhere make you an easy target for ambush. Many times I've just said a prayer to the heavens and hoped to not feel the cold hand of death as I walked this gauntlet working in Philly the last 5 years. If you have to go, take the much safer elevator or interior stairs up to love park.

 - The garage, while not fancy, was clean and appeared to be maintained. I saw a man sweeping the garage floor during the afternoon and there was not a piece of garbage in the garage or in the stairwell. I didn't see any other staff and as a woman traveling solo, I don't think I would feel comfortable walking in or out during the evening/night but at 2 pm, it was fine and there were plenty of other "parkers" there at the time. I would park there again and felt my car was safe overnight.

 - The parking reservation was very helpful. The directions to the location were spot on and the instructions while there were helpful. Thanks for this. Now for the parking garage itself which was not your fault but the city of Philadelphia. It was a filthy cesspit. There were rivers of urine everywhere. Some were frozen, some dried and crusted and some fresh and steaming. There was trash, a few used needles and other filth. Homeless people milled about in various underground rooms in groups with no police or security of any kind in site! It reminded me of a dungeon from a video game. I couldn't believe it. Luckily I'm a big guy so I was fine. This is a perfect place to get mugged or worse. Every time I visit Philadelphia I am reminded why I avoid this city!
