 - My wife and I held tickets for the Event at the Pru Center. We needed to park very close to the Pru Center due to my having a walking handicap. We chose the 25-33 Edison Pl lot to park our car as it's across the street from the arena. We used Park Hero and had the Pre-Paid verification on our phone. However, the attendant had an issue with verifying the QR Code. Once he "allowed" us in, we then found low concrete curbs that had been placed throughout the lot. These nearly damaged the undercarriage of my vehicle as they were very difficult to see while parking close to other cars. The $40 charge for the Event was costly; it could have been less and the lot would still have been full. Several other reviews discussed serious bad experiences that I would never want to become involved with. I mention this and ask that Ownership read those reviews and endeavor to PREVENT them from occurring again as we may need to use this parking lot in the future. Your understanding of this is appreciated. Please remove the concrete curbs in the lot. Thank you!

 - My first mistake was paying in advance through Spot Hero. The attendants were at first confused about how to scan my iPhone receipt and told me to wait 15 minutes for the time to go into effect. The prepaid rate was 11 dollars more than I would have paid without Spot Hero. For access to my venue, I had to crawl through a crowded restaurant. Very unorganized, far too expensive and a very poor example of Spot Hero’s value. Never again.

 - NEVER EVER WILL I EVER USE THIS LOT AGAIN. ALSO - DO NOT USE THE RESERVATION SITE. THE RESERVATION SITE DOES NOT OWN OR OPERATE THE LOT SO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEIR HANDS ARE CLEAN. So you may want to know what happened. My partner and I went to NY on Saturday for the day and drove from Central Jersey to NEWARK. I made a reservation at this lot. I had no idea there was something going on at the Center down the street but they took our car and actually were very pleasant when we checked in. Not too far from the train station and all was well until we returned. Our Exit before time was before 2:00AM. This was a VALET lot. We returned from NY at around 11:00PM and found a note on our car. We were told we needed to pick up our keys at another address and there was a phone number. We are not from NEWARK but we googled the address and it was further from the lot than the train station was. We had no idea where we were going but when we called the number a man in broken English told us we had to come get our keys. The space here is limited but after another phone call and instructions to walk down into the garage we had our key. NOT VALET - NOT NICE and the reservation line wanted to give me a credit of 10.00 on my account with them. HA HA LOL. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
