Your charges of £6 is too much. This is not the time when companies like yours should be charging £6 for peak parking and £3 for off peak parking. This is reap off. the parking lot is within the community where many are struggling.
When I saw it, I couldnt believe it. why the increase. What is it you have just provided that justified the increase. The authority who manages car parks should look into this. £5 and £2 are better than the current rate and also, your off peak should start at 9 because by that time those who are going to work would have long gone.
Now that the park is under utilise, bring the price down.
