 - Poorly run, never easy to reserve a spot. So much hassle.

 - Not RELIABLE nor a VALID third-party application for the garage it lists as a Reservation SPOT for parking when going to the Capital One Arena. It charged me $36 for two cars, the directions/address to the garage where I reserved through ParkMe's application in advance was not accepted by the Garage Attendees nor do they support or do business with this application. Therefore the garage needed $15 for each car to leave (which was a dollar cheaper than the ParkMe app) the facility because my Reservation was not valid nor accepted but ParkMe still charged my debit card for both transactions the final second the reservation time was complete yet I also had to payout to the garage itself who deserved there money considering they were kind and customer service was provided. I contacted Parkme for a refund for the not applicable and fasle advertised reserveration with a garage that doesn't support there business but is mislead to believe when reserving the spot to park in as well as the address/garage information. Very upset with the fact the ParkMe response was given like a robot and I am just another customer and oh well they have my money so there is no worries on their end. Please don't fall in the trap I did. -C.O

 - First - What a DREAM, to RESERVE a parking space BEFORE an event!! This is the GREATEST idea! It gave great peace of mind, as I anticipated and planned ahead, to go into Wash DC for the Inaugural Ball on Inauguration day! I knew traffic would be awful, and that parking could be even worse! So it was a most wonderful gift, to KNOW we would have a place to go directly, without driving all over town searching. However, since it is a new concept, I would say that you need to have a human being there to tell you how to do it, where to go, etc. OR - have a super CLEAR set of directions upon entering the garage. It was confusing upon entering, and I did not know where to show my ticket, or whether a specific slot was reserved for me. Also, upon returning late at night, hours later, it was difficult to FIND my car, and to recall exactly where we had parked. I suggest you have some way of telling people to remind themselves of where they parked. It is good to have the color coding in areas. That is great! But frankly, I was so anxious to get to the event, that I forgot to even notice what color area we were in! So it was very stressful, and exhausting to walk all over at midnight, in heels, to find our car!! Perhaps you could have a spot on the ticket, where the driver puts the color or area where they parked. Or, have another entrance, when you enter a new color area. So that you get a ticket that says Green or Red, etc. Thx for your INNOVATION!!!
