My mother, 27 weeks pregnant sister and I were at the Local Woman’s magazine awards in the Europa hotel in Belfast on Saturday the 19th November 2022 and parked in your car park. The doors into the car park were only open via Hope Street at around 12.30. If I can read correctly your signage says you close at 1am.
The man working on the desk was extremely rude!!! Before even greeting us he says ‘ I have never seen the like of this in my life’, I really don’t know what there was to see other than 3 grown woman looking to get to their car past an absolute ignornamus. Further to this, all stairs and lifts were locked, therefore couldn’t be used. My sister at 27 weeks pregnant who was the designated driver could have done without having to trek to the fourth floor of your car park.
The service we received was absolutely appalling and I look forward to your what I hope may be speedy response.
