Reviews
 - Huge queue built up as one machine not working (often is out or order), with each person spending an age trying to get to grips with the poor instructions. I am a resident but when asked to select tariff I was not able to tell which button to press and with the queue building up again, had to go with the visitors tariff - very disappointing and alienating.

 - Awful, complex machines. Spoiled my visit. They feel like they are designed to be arcane and unusable so that hefty fines can be accrued: Turn it on with button Change to English button "Select tariff." Nowhere apparent to do it! So press enter Asks for reg no. put it in. Press enter Returns to start point. Suggests downloading an "app" to a mobile telephone to pay. Ridiculous. I ended up going to the pier car park which has reg in- money in - get ticket. Like it should be. Were it not for the normal machines at the pier car park we would have left the town.

 - Good location car park, but it's a pity the ticket machines are often out of service or the screen is broken or the instructions are so hard to read. My mother and numerous other visitors we know often fail to be able to buy a ticket, so end up leaving. Expecting a pensioner in their 80's to have an app is stupid, and discriminatory. Most pensioners in their 70's and 80's don't have app based phones, or onl;y know how to use them to make calls. Please fix your machines and make sure the instructions are easy and clear to read.
