 - Tried to use facility on Tuesday 19th Nov,but could not get it to give any response re ticket. Had to park from 14.45hrs to 16.00hrs. Concerned that I would get a parking fine I contacted Fife Council this morning at 0930hrs to enquire if I could make a payment for the period of use. Advised to hold off meantime.( I do not have a mobile and tried to pay by card)
