 - Had to go to Bath to register a death. Parked in Charlotte St. car park but then struggled with making payment. Tried everything but nothing worked and time was running out to get to the Guildhall for our appt. Had to leave the car park and find somewhere else to park (luckily managed to find a space in Waitrose car park in time) but was SO stressed out by my attempt to park and pay at Charlotte Street. Now worrying that, although only in Charlotte Street car park for about 10-15 mins, trying to pay, that I will get a fine.

 - I parked here in February. I wasn't able to use my credit card directly- To use credit card you have to use your phone. I saw many people struggling to get through on the phone and was fortunate enough to have enough loose change to be able to use loose change instead. Why does the biggest carpark in a major tourist destination make it so hard (and irritating) to pay for parking? Come on guys!! Tap-and-go, ANPR.. there's plenty of modern tech available to make visiting Bath a more enjoyable experience!

 - Spent an hour trying to load their software. Entered credit card details 3 times and each time it bombs on android. Phoned them (took 5 minutes to get through) They said "Having trouble with software. Suggest you try another day!!". "Then how do I pay?" "Good question. You could phone us from the car park". "What on this same number which keep you on hold for ages? " "Yes". It is disgraceful that we are bullied into having to use our phones to suit them and despite their exorbitant charges, they are too mean to invest in robust software. As usual - treat the public with distain - over charge them and fine them ruthlessly when they don't pay even though there is no means of paying them.

 - I parked there for 48 hours on Feb 4th at 1.30, paid the £30.00 due and then was charged another £25.00 !!! Now I am finding it very difficult to get in touch with anyone to dispute it, a disgrace !
