 - I use this parking regularly and although pleased that they have renovated it I was disappointed to find my vehicle covered in a powder substance. I complained to an attendant who sent two employees to investigate. My complaint was noted and i was told that they would get back to me. However 20 minutes later I was phoned and asked to return (In spite of the fact that two employees had seen the problem and seen photographic proof). If I did not return my complaint would not be addressed. The Parking St Antoine is convenient but beware If you park a luxury car in the facility you are exposing it to unpleasant construction surprises which will more probably be avoided than addressed.
