- Do not use this car park if possible.
They will send PCN for no obvious reason. Car park is only monitored by ANPR and not very safe. If anything from terms and condition missed because of the error in the machine or issue in the car park, they will send PCN. Keep ticket safe. They target and fine people. Use nearer car park like 'Western Approach' Car Park. That car park is not very far and cheap.
This car park is managed my PPS and they will take your money.
They deliberately target people if they are not local. They do not follow code. Appeal service is biased and dishonest. Paid PCN for machine error. Parking was paid but they ignored that in appeal.
