Civic Center Parking Garage

 - Can NOT park in the north building during the day as Indiana Michigan Power has reserved all of the PUBLIC spots with absolutely no notice to other people who park there everyday. I agree with the prior poster that the Manager is terrible. Do NOT use this garage if possible.

 - I will NEVER park there again. BIG SENIOR event @ Embassy, garage nearly FULL; I pulled in off Jefferson, did NOT see credit card ONLY sign at entrance. Went to leave, scan barcode area far left of drivers window, machine would NOT accept credit card and people were screaming honking horns and I had a handicapped person standing outside @ Embassy waiting for pick-up. BUT, there was an empty TOLL BOOTH JUST SITTING THERE. Anticipate age of PATRONS going to event and GET BOOTH MANNED. This is NOT INDY.

 - Worst experience after Christmas at the Embassy. I would never park in this structure again. I would walk a mile or more before using this facility again.
