 - I have been parking here for 4 years. I always find a spot. the garage is clean. there is quick elevator if parked on the upper floors.

 - We just waited in line for approx. 19 minutes to get out of the parking garage at 3:00 pm on a Monday afternoon at Charleston Place. When we reached the window to pay it became very clear why it was taking at least 5 minutes per car. The attendant was counting money, (we didnt use cash), and clearly handling other matters rather than focusing on the transaction at hand and facilitating the timely exit of cars from the garage. Unfortunate and unnecessary!
