 - Price is $8 cash only. If you stay overnight and then past 10am they charge you again. Regardless if there being NO SIGN of this. They will just refuse to let you leave. They guards change their rules without telling the paying patrons. Guards are highly inappropriate and will rage, intimidate and verbally abuse you. This happened on multiple occasions from the manager.

 - We attended a wedding at the Carondelet House and parked at this location. The attendant collected $10 cash upon entrance. The sign stated that cost for parking was $8. Apparently the price was jacked up by $2. I informed the attendant that he was collected more money than he should. He insisted the lot was full (which it was not.) The parking is right next to the Carondelet House, and they openly promote the parking as their preferred parking. There is not a problem to charge for parking. It is however awful and disappointing to be taken advantaged of blatantly.
