 - Recently landed and saw the south shuttle coming but I was at least 100 yards from the pick up point. I started to run to ensure I would get there but the driver (Hany Ayad) noticed me running and actually stopped short to pick me up. He then drove to the normal pick up location. It was extremely nice to notice and stop for me. He is also very friendly and we had a great conversation all the way to dropping me off at my car. We were the only ones on the shuttle. It's great after a long trip that people take time to be nice and friendly. Thanks Hany Ayad!!!!!!
