 - Parked in economy parking lot while on one week vacation. My credit card was charged $64. But online it says it is $5 per day or $35 per week. Ended up paying almost double! BE WARE! Something is wrong. I have parked in this lot many times prior to the new construction and expansion.

 - Parked my RV at GSP. It is 13' high. I only knew about one economy lot. Arrived at Economy lot gate. the exit had a roof over it. I called parking lot customer service on the phone. He said I needed to go to Economy A lot. Perfect. I just think your website could be more clear. It should mention RV parking on parkme.com and gspairport.com site as well. Your website says that Economy is both unobstructed and 11' 6" clearance. I knew something wasn't right, especially when I saw the streetview and then drove by. I was not the only RV and sometimes people drive box trucks, as well.

 - What has happened to gsp parking reservations online?! It was always so easy. This evening I've been all over the web looking for a way to make a reservation, & it is not possible. As others have stated, VERY frustrating!!They could AT LEAST put up a banner saying the site is down. Not good customer service.

 - Kevin and James, For Parking Reservations, go to gspairport.com. Select: Find Parking Rates. Midway down that page, on the left side, there is a box titled "Parking Reservations". You can enter your information there. As I understand it, a specific spot will not be held, but there will be a general area where you can park.

 - Same comment as James F. I have been on the web-site for over 90 minutes and cant navigate anything to find parking or a human being to talk too. Help.!!

 - Wow, is this a difficult site to navigate. I Googled long term parking at GSP and got lots of hits, many of which have Reserve Parking in bold print. Go to any of those (such as ParkMe) & it provides lots of information, put in your flight dates & amt. to park is displayed GREAT . . . but No Where can I find a place to pay the $5 to reserve a parking spot. I REALLY want to send you guys some $$$ PLEASE make it easier to do so. I'm now going back once again to enter my arrival/departure dates & times and hope that I can discover by random wandering how to make & pay for a reservation. VERY FRUSTRATING
