- I used the parking ramp when I needed to address my renewal of my notary. I really appreciate the ramp being close and convenient to the City and County services. Without an attendant, it can be very challenging when the systems do not work. I was in before 7:30am and out before 8:30am. The meters at both Monroe and Ottawa could not read my ticket. I didn't see a help button and was concerned with the people waiting behind me. The only way I could leave was to state I lost my ticket. Thinking I could address this by phone , I paid the 24 dollar fee on my credit card. When I called to address it , I was told I would have to have a receipt, and proof of the time I was in the parking ramp to address my concern. This was not a friendly experience nor very customer friendly experience.
