 - What an absolute rip off! There is always a supposed "Event" going on to gouge visitors that have the misfortune of having to park in your lot. If an "event" is actually happening 12 blocks away do you think anyone would really want to walk that distance to & from here? NO!! $35 to park and after being parked for almost 2 hours our tires were still marked by you crooks. Downtown businesses are suffering for many reasons and you are not helping!! You should at least offer parking rates based on hours parked, not flat fee BS - never again.

 - Used your ABM Parking lot at 515 W Spokane Falls Blvd on January 27,2022. Time 11:23 am. The first Kiosk I used kept saying "Cannot read card" so moved to the right and tried the other Kiosk.It pumped out my ticket right away.Ticket No. 00099094 S/N # 520014311101 Setting:Parkrite2 MachName: 6672-3 Visa Card ending3186 Authorization #023750 $8.00. I have attempted to contact your office numerous times for someone to call me back to resolve this issue of double payment. Please call: 509 979 2652

 - My husband and I decided to grab lunch, which doesn't hardly happen ever and we were so excited we forgot to pay. We were in the restaurant for 40 minutes. There were plenty of open spots in the lot. I have parked here before and always pay for parking. We got a $52 ticket. WHAT that is unheard of in Spokane. Absolute slap in the face. I'd happily pay a $25 or $30 ticket. But $52? now this fun lunch splurge is going to make bills tight. Thanks for ruining my lunch and day.
