 - The posted parking rate displayed $18 max for 24 hours, $2 for first hour, $1 each additional hour. I parked for 24 hours and 55 minutes, so I should have been charged $19, or $20 at most. Instead the machine charged me $23. I could have bought a hamburger with that extra money they stole from me. Very disappointed. And hungry.

 - Lot is closed. Replaced with a 5-story parking ramp.

 - Poor services, rude inconsiderate staff when you call with any questions (Mary Claire). Asked her who owns it, and she said she cant disclose that information. I wonder if she realizes its public information. I also asked about monthly parking, and made a comment about the price, she was so rude - said if you don't like it, you can go find somewhere else to park. (Educate your employees!) Only the monthly's have the benefit here. Overpriced, no one on staff on site, and atrocious customer service. Would never recommend.
