- Completely disrespectful staff. Tried to get my ticket validated tonight when leaving (in the far right lane), and instead of giving good customer dervice, the guy "manning" (smoking, listening to his headphones...im sure neither are fine on the clock), rudely told me I had to get it validated by the office.? No sign of that or on the ticket anywhere. Perhaps my fault somehow, but was purely accidental. Kids and wife were tired - just let us out instead of being completely unprofessional.
So I walked over to the office and the lady working told me to make the car behind us back up and move so we can get her lane, then proceeded to called me racist. Seriously? Time for new help. I'll make sure everyone I know never uses this parking lot ever again until those two rude employees are gone. What a joke.
