- I parked on 7/15/2022 at the Roundabout Plaza garage in Nashville at 4pm and left the next morning. I was overcharged. I was forced to pay $40 in order to leave.
The overnight fee is $20 as told by the valet from the hotel across the street and the attendant at the parking structure. There are absolutely NO visible signs indicating that there is no overnight parking and that the fee would be $40.
I reached out and with several back and forth emails, they would not refund me the $20 overcharge. Only posted fees were hourly and a over 4 hour fee of $20. A lost ticket would have been $30.
Please do not park here. Fees are not clearly posted.
