- Hello Yesterday I went to Bascom Palmer eye Institute and I park in front of the building the sign says if you park for 2 hours free and then $5 3.5 $7 3.5 $9 24 $11 I went inside the parking lot at 10:02 am and left 2:01pm and I got charges $11 I think this is not fair the sign is not telling you the true that is how the steal peoples money I was very upset of so much money I got charge for 4 hours. If I knew I will have used Valet Parking lot and I will only got charge $9 for being patient at Palmer Bascom.
