- This parking garage for County Employees is a disgrace inside. It is dirty and full of garbage on each level. Especially the 1st & 2nd levels. I can't believe that county employees are so dirty! They leave debris everywhere even though there are garbage cans at the entrance/exit. There is garbage, broken debris, rocks, dirt, face masks, and other debris. It looks like the elevators and stairs have never been pressure washed or cleaned in 20 years. This place is a disgrace and needs some attention!
